Responsibilities

  • Manual Testing: Perform detailed manual testing of web and mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices.
  • Test Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and user stories.
  • Bug Identification & Reporting: Identify, report, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Collaborate with developers to reproduce, document, and resolve issues.
  • Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure new features and fixes do not break existing functionality.
  • Acceptance Testing: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to validate features against user stories and ensure they meet acceptance criteria.
  • Exploratory Testing: Conduct exploratory testing to uncover potential edge cases and non-obvious bugs.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, product, and design) to ensure smooth and efficient release cycles.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for test cases, test results, and defect logs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to testing processes and workflows. Participate in retrospectives and feedback loops to continuously improve product quality.
  • Environment Setup: Set up and maintain testing environments, including configuring test accounts, data, and required test infrastructure.

  • We are seeking a QA Manual Tester with Logistics Domain Knowledge to join our team. 
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in QA Testing, Manual Testing, and API Testing.
  • Knowledge of QA manual testing techniques and methodologies is essential for this role.
  •  In addition, experience working in the logistics domain would be beneficial. 
  • The candidate should be detail-oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a team. 
  • Strong communication skills are also important, as the role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
