Responsibilities

• Verifying the authenticity of customer documents before processing sales transactions.
• Conducting thorough checks to validate customer identities and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Adhering strictly to company policies and procedures regarding customer verification processes.
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless and secure transactions for our customers.
• Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the verification process.

Other Requirements

• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures meticulously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in shifts: 10:30am to 7:30pm and 1pm to 10pm
