Responsibilities

  • The Business Development Officer is responsible for developing new business opportunities through rigorous market analysis, strategic planning, and proactive client engagement. 
  • This role requires strong analytical skills to identify potential leads, effective communication to build lasting client relationships, and superior customer service to ensure client satisfaction. 
  • The Business Development Officer must excel at negotiating deals and resolving conflicts, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills. 
  • Ultimately, this position is key in driving company growth by consistently meeting sales targets and expanding the client base. 
  • The successful candidate will be self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
