The HR Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department, supporting the company’s staffing, compliance, employee relations, and development needs. This role involves overseeing the recruitment process, employee engagement, performance management, benefits administration, and other key HR functions. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to foster a positive organizational culture, implement HR best practices, and ensure that the organization remains compliant with employment laws.
