Responsibilities

  • Training Needs Analysis : Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training and development needs within the organization
  • Training Program development : Design , Develop and implement training programs, workshops, and courses to address identified needs.
  • Training Delivery : Facilitate training sessions, both in -person and virtually, ensuring participants acquire the required skills and knowledge.
  • Learning Resources : Curate and develop training materials, e-learning modules, and resources to support ongoing learning and development.
  • Assessment and Evaluation : implement assessment methods and conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
  • Individual Development Plans : Work with employees to create individual development plans, tracking progress and providing guidance or career growth opportunities.
  • Training Records : Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certifications
