Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management:

    • Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video networks.
    • Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns for different objectives such as lead generation, e-commerce sales, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
    • Manage daily budget allocation, bidding strategies, and campaign performance.
  • Keyword Research & Strategy:

    • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and opportunities for paid search campaigns.
    • Develop keyword targeting strategies to improve campaign relevance, quality scores, and ad rank.
    • Monitor keyword performance, adjust bids, and refine targeting to achieve optimal results.
  • Ad Creation & Optimization:

    • Create compelling and relevant ad copy to drive click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
    • Test different ad creatives, headlines, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to determine the best-performing variations.
    • Optimize ads by adjusting copy, targeting, and bidding strategies based on A/B testing results.
  • Performance Tracking & Analytics:

    • Track and analyze campaign performance through Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, cost per conversion, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
    • Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of Google Ads campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
    • Monitor competitor performance and industry trends to ensure campaigns stay competitive.
  • Budget Management & ROI Optimization:

    • Ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets while maximizing ROI.
    • Monitor cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) to ensure the most efficient use of the advertising budget.
    • Recommend and implement strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement without sacrificing results.
  • Landing Page Optimization:

    • Collaborate with the web development and design teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions.
    • Test landing page variations for performance, focusing on user experience, load time, and alignment with ad messaging.
    • Work to improve Quality Score by aligning ad copy, keywords, and landing page relevance.
  • Remarketing Campaigns:

    • Set up and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage previous site visitors and drive conversions.
    • Develop targeted strategies for different audience segments based on previous interactions with the website or ads.
  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align Google Ads strategies with other marketing initiatives, such as social media campaigns, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on campaign performance and key insights.
    • Work with the sales and product teams to refine targeting and messaging based on customer behavior and feedback.
  • Continuous Learning & Adaptation:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, tools, and best practices.
    • Participate in Google Ads certifications and training to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
    • Experiment with new ad formats and bidding strategies to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.
