The primary function of the role is to develop new clients, new markets and reactivation of existing customers. The role encompasses the full array of sales from generating new leads to writing proposals, closing contracts and developing strategies and sales plans to expand and grow the business. The employee is responsible to develop the trust and respect of each client to ensure they are completely satisfied with the company and the delivery of the service. The role will require the employee to focus on both medium- and long-term opportunities which will require analyzing market dynamics and an understanding of our competitive position in order to penetrate into new areas

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the general aviation market.
● Grow customer relationships with identified airlines, MROs (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
● Maintain and develop long-term beneficial relationships with current and potential customers.
● Use network and market intelligence to generate and maintain likely market trends and competitor analysis to support market position strategy.
● Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet the needs of our clients.
● Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
● Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through effective business development strategies. Develop strategies to reactivate the non performing existing customers.
● Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned.
● Develop sales strategies, closure plans and commercial response to convert these opportunities to revenue to hit agreed targets.
● Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information
● Represent the company through trade shows, phone calls, emails, and participation in industry organizations as requested.
● 2 or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
● Excellent communication in English – Both Written and Verbal
● Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
● Excellent interpersonal, and organizational skills
● Experience in International sales
● Experience in Aviation industry is an added advantage Qualifications
● Education: MBA / Any Graduation in any stream with minimum 50%
● Skills: Excellent communication skills.
Negotiation skills would be added advantage
