Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings to convert leads into clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively.
- Provide timely follow-up and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products/services across various platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Assist in the development and execution of promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and online content.
- Manage and update the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
- Assist in planning and executing events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide feedback to optimize strategies.
- Create and analyze reports to track sales and marketing performance.
