Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership: Lead, manage and mentor a team of service professionals, including technicians, customer service representatives, and support staff.

2. Customer Relations: Maintain positive relationships with customer by ensuring high- quality service delivery, resolving escalated issues- and proactively addressing customers concern.

3. Service Delivery: Oversee the planning, execution and monitoring of service delivery to ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

4. Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment and materials to optimize service delivery and meet customer expectation.

5. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate service processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.

6. Performance Monitoring: Develop key performance indicators and metrics to measure the performance of service operations, analyze data, and take corrective actions as needed.

7. Budget Management: Develop and manage the service department budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
