Responsibilities

• Developing and monitoring policies for credit underwriting, limit assessment and pricing.
• Drive strategy and decision making for credit line expansion.
• Help shaping the product to improve visibility, coverage and data collection from a credit lens.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting of credit performance.
• Enable senior leadership decision making by streamlining the measurement of KPIs and identify the key drivers of these KPIs by building causal models.
• Responsible for defining, developing and communicating key metrics and business trends to leadership teams.
• Lead and mentor junior business and data analysts.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to help with onboarding and integration of external parties related to credit decisioning or lender partnerships.

Other Requirements

• 7+ Years of experience in relevant role and 1 year or more in a managerial role.
• Prior experience in credit risk analytics is mandatory.
• Strong background in statistical modelling and experience with statistical tools such R, Python, Spark, SAS or SPSS.
• Technical capabilities: Proficient in SQL, Excel, Other scripting language (PHP, Python,Perl etc.)
• Strong working experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI, Cognos, BO, Pentaho etc.)
• Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analysis skills
• Strong organizational, communication, presentation and project management skills
