Responsibilities

    1. Sales Growth
    • Target Achievement: Drive the sales team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Revenue Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities and increase sales from existing clients.
    • Sales Forecasting: Predict sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve business goals.
    2. Account Management
    • Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with current corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
    • Upselling/Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand services or products to existing clients.
    • Contract Negotiation: Oversee and manage contract terms, ensuring favorable agreements for both the company and the client.
    3. Strategy Development
    • Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
    • Sales Plans: Develop actionable sales strategies and initiatives to target new markets and improve sales performance.
    • Sales Training & Leadership: Provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance skills and performance.
    4. Corporate Sales for B2B
    • Targeting Decision-Makers: Engage with high-level decision-makers in corporate organizations to secure B2B sales.
    • Sales Presentations: Lead presentations and negotiations with potential corporate clients.
    • Custom Solutions: Tailor products or services to meet the specific needs of business clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.

Other Requirements

  • 5+ yrs exp. in Electronics/Corp Gifting.
  • Drive sales growth for leading electronics company.
  • Build and manage key corporate accounts.
