Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in the biomedical and healthcare sectors, including hospitals, clinics, research institutions, and laboratories.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and market share growth for biomedical products.
  • Present and demonstrate biomedical products to potential customers, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure timely delivery and implementation of products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and technical support to prospective customers.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to stay updated on the latest industry trends and expand the customer base.
  • Provide technical product training to clients and offer post-sales support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.

  • In-depth knowledge of biomedical products and solutions, including market trends, competitor products, and industry standards.
  • Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
