Responsibilities
- Understand the operational requirements clearly.
- Increase RFQ to PO ratio for better and smoother relationships with vendors.
- Recognize vendor's efforts for their quotes and provide constructive feedback consistently.
- Aim to achieve the lowest possible prices through extensive vendor connections.
- Analyse region-wise vendor categories and deal with them strategically to gain a stronger relationship
- Sustain long-term relationships with existing vendors to ensure continuous supply chain efficiency.
- Rebuild relationships with former vendors.
- Remain current with aftermarket industry trends to recognize issues and opportunities, taking action to expand the vendor database.
- Expedite the shipping through relationships to sales requirements.
- Research and onboard OEMs for distributorship opportunities.
- Efficiently manages time and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
