Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to healthcare IT systems, including EMR/EHR and HIS modules.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, clinical teams, and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Document workflows, process diagrams, business requirements (BRDs), and functional specifications (FRDs).

• Drive implementation and adoption of AI/RPA technologies in healthcare transformation initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) and data exchange protocols.

• Contribute to population health management and patient engagement strategies.

• Use tools like JIRA and Confluence for tracking and documentation.

• Act as a liaison between product owners, developers, and QA teams.

• Continuously identify and propose improvements in business and clinical processes.
