Responsibilities

· Manage and execute email campaigns targeting potential and existing customers.

· Monitor email deliverability and troubleshoot issues.

· Maintain and update lead databases from various sources.

· Segment contacts for targeted email marketing.

· Track and follow up on responses to improve conversion rates.

· Work with the marketing team to create compelling email copies.

· Ensure all emails follow brand guidelines and compliance standards.

Other Requirements

· 0-2 years of experience in any business / outsourced processes like email marketing or customer outreach etc.

· Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
