Responsibilities

• Monitor mentors’ daily activities and ensure they meet communication and connection targets.
• Track mentor performance, including connection status, student engagement, and complaint resolution.
• Maintain and manage the mentor community through consistent coordination and support.
• Ensure accurate and complete sharing of mentor-related data across systems.
• Assist in planning and organizing activities or initiatives for mentors.
• Support newly onboarded mentors during their initial weeks and help them adapt to processes.
• Identify recurring issues faced by mentors or students and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure all mentors follow communication guidelines and comply with call checklists.

Other Requirements

• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and basic CRM tools.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Empathy, patience, and professionalism when dealing with mentors and students.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
