• Production Schedule Management: Maintain and update production schedules, including tracking milestones, deadlines, and dependencies. Communicate changes and updates to the production team and stakeholders as necessary.
• Resource Allocation: Assist in allocating and tracking resources, such as artists, animators, and equipment, based on project requirements and production schedules.
• Communication and Documentation: Facilitate effective communication between different departments and teams, ensuring that information flows smoothly. Prepare and distribute production reports, meeting agendas, and minutes as needed.
• File Management: Organize and maintain project files, assets, and documentation in a structured and accessible manner. Ensure version control and backup of important files.
