Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential corporate clients for group health insurance and other employee benefit solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with HR Heads, CFOs, and other decision-makers in organizations.
- Prepare customized insurance proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Manage relationships with insurers to ensure competitive pricing and seamless onboarding for clients.
- Ensure client onboarding, policy issuance, and post-sales service are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM and provide regular sales reports to management.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in corporate or health insurance sales, preferably with a broking background.
- Strong network of corporate clients in the region is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and lead a small sales team if required.
- Knowledge of IRDAI regulations and insurance products.
