We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager Corporate Health Insurance to lead and expand our business in the Cochin region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate insurance products, particularly group health insurance, and a proven track record in B2B sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building relationships with corporate clients, generating new business, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients for group health insurance and other employee benefit solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with HR Heads, CFOs, and other decision-makers in organizations.
  • Prepare customized insurance proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
  • Manage relationships with insurers to ensure competitive pricing and seamless onboarding for clients.
  • Ensure client onboarding, policy issuance, and post-sales service are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain and update CRM and provide regular sales reports to management.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in corporate or health insurance sales, preferably with a broking background.
  • Strong network of corporate clients in the region is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a small sales team if required.
  • Knowledge of IRDAI regulations and insurance products.
