Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through exceptional post-sales service.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through cold-calling, emailing, and other outreach methods.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our digital marketing services, including features and benefits.
  • Conduct virtual meetings with potential clients to establish rapport and demonstrate service value
  • Recommend tailored digital marketing solutions based on client's needs and business objectives.
  • Follow up on leads from website chats, inbound calls, and email inquiries.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, particularly in digital marketing or related fields.
  • Strong B2B sales experience is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (must have)
  • Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and execution(nice to have)
  • Familiarity with marketplaces like Freelancer, Upwork, and other relevant platforms.(must have)
  • Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, and communication skills.
  • Experience in handling international clients and managing their specific needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
