Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, students, and parents in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to queries, and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events as needed.
  • Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, and filing.
  • Ensure smooth communication between staff, students, and parents.
  • Handle inquiries related to school schedules, programs, and policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage student attendance and daily reports as required.
  • Maintain school calendars and keep track of important events and deadlines

Other Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role (preferably in an educational institution).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations.
  • Knowledge of school operations and educational programs is a plus.
