- Greet visitors, students, and parents in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to queries, and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events as needed.
- Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, and filing.
- Ensure smooth communication between staff, students, and parents.
- Handle inquiries related to school schedules, programs, and policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage student attendance and daily reports as required.

Other Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role (preferably in an educational institution).
