Primary Job Functions:
1. Identifying, Qualifying, and Securing new business (For International Markets):
Actively seek and evaluate new business opportunities with a focus on international markets.
2. Coordinating Business Generation Activities:
- Engage in activities such as marketing, lead generation that contribute to generating new business and expanding the company's client base.
- Meeting and Following Up with Prospective Clients:
- Schedule and attend meetings (offline and online) with potential clients to discuss business opportunities and follow up to closure.
- Initiating Discussions for New Business Acquisitions:
- Start and lead conversations aimed at acquiring new business for the company.
- Finalizing Pricing, Billing, SOPs, and Closing Deals:
- Negotiate and finalize the financial aspects, standard operating procedures, and terms to close business deals.
- Coordinating with Internal Stakeholders to Set Up New Business Until BAU (Business as Usual):
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance and management) to ensure smooth setup and transition of new business operations until they reach a steady state.

- Maintain and manage relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business success.
- Looking for Opportunities to Increase Capacity and Acquire Additional Business from Existing Clients:
- Explore and capitalize on opportunities to expand the scope of services provided to current clients.
Other Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
- Graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50%.
Experience:
- Min 5-7 years of experience as manager in relevant industry.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Client Acquisition and Business Acquisition, particularly in securing BPO business or similar from prospective clients.
- Strong market and sector knowledge for Voice, Email, Chat, and Data Transaction processes.
- A go-getter with a strong client base and leadership abilities.
