Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.

• Understand client needs and provide tailored product/service recommendations.

• Conduct product demos, client meetings, and solution presentations.

• Prepare and present competitive proposals and negotiate effectively to close deals.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to enhance customer experience.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

• Mentor and guide junior sales staff when needed
