- Handle customer queries via chat with prompt and accurate responses.
- Provide detailed information about company products, services, and policies.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries.
Other Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO or chat-based customer support.
- (Freshers with excellent communication skills in Malayalam & English are also encouraged to apply.)
- Fluent in Malayalam and English (both written and verbal).
- Good typing speed and proficiency in using chat support tools.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
