Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via chat with prompt and accurate responses.
• Provide detailed information about company products, services, and policies.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries.

Other Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO or chat-based customer support.
• (Freshers with excellent communication skills in Malayalam & English are also encouraged to apply.)
• Fluent in Malayalam and English (both written and verbal).
• Good typing speed and proficiency in using chat support tools.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
