Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Service Executives, Coordinators, and Managers.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly performance reports (Excel & Google Sheets).
- Manage trackers for site visits, AMC schedules, etc.
- Monitor tasks, follow-ups, and escalations.
- Maintain service documentation and manage customer feedback.
- Develop SOPs, identify process gaps, and support service-related activities.
Other Requirements
Open to any degree holders (candidates with relevant skills preferred).
Good to have
