Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Administer attendance tracking, leave records, and employee timekeeping systems.

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with the accounts team.

• Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and documentation.

• Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and support HR initiatives.

• Assist in performance review coordination, policy updates, and exit formalities.

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Other Requirements

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
