Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities via strategic networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline to meet and exceed monthly growth targets.
- Deliver persuasive proposals and presentations; negotiate and close deals with win-win terms.
- Mentor and support junior team members; handle escalations and performance supervision.
- Validate leads, monitor activity metrics, and ensure quality standards in all outreach efforts.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Use data insights to inform strategy and position the company as a market leader.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales data and activity reports.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to senior leadership.
