Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business/technical requirements across operations, maintenance, and production.
  
• Document BRDs, FRS, user stories, and process flows.
  
• Support ERP/EAM/CMMS design and implementation (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo).
  
• Coordinate UAT and validate system functionalities.
  
• Collaborate on KPIs, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
  
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and tech teams.
