Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of BDEs to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor daily calling and follow-up activities of the team.
• Guide the team in handling leads, converting inquiries, and improving conversion ratios.
• Track and report on team performance regularly.
• Assist in hiring and training new sales team members.
• Work with marketing to ensure quality leads are generated and nurtured.
• Address team escalations and support with difficult client conversions.
• Ensure CRM and internal reporting systems are updated accurately.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth student onboarding.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Other Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in EdTech or service-based sales.
• Prior experience in handling a sales team is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle targets and deadlines efficiently.
• Good understanding of CRM and sales reporting tools.
• Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA is a plus.
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday off)
• Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives (based on performance and experience)
