Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities by industry and region in line with the strategic plan, conducting exhaustive data mining to target potential customers.
  • Visit customers to demonstrate product offerings, build relationships, and participate in exhibitions and trade fairs to enhance brand visibility and drive order bookings, including repeat orders from existing customers.
  • Monitor customer contribution percentages and review pricing for key customers/orders in collaboration with the team, finalising price agreements through effective negotiation to ensure competitive pricing and prevent order loss.
  • Increase brand visibility and dealers by developing marketing collateral
  • Identify, evaluate, and appoint dealers in various countries to expand the dealer network and improve product availability for existing customers, supporting sales volume growth through the dealer channel.
  • Train and support dealers in collaboration with the Service team to raise awareness of products and product lines.
  • Monitor the order execution process, coordinating daily with internal teams to resolve issues, address customer queries, and ensure timely product delivery.

Other Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management, preferably in industrial products manufacturing
  • Proven ability in identifying and developing new business opportunities across industries and regions.
  • Strong skills in customer relationship management, pricing negotiation, and sales strategy development.
  • Experience in dealer/channel management, including evaluation, appointment, training, and relationship building.

Education

  • UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical
  • PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
