Responsibilities
- Verify invoices certified by the Project Management Consultant (PMC) against contract terms and work schedules.
- Prepare Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) as required.
- Track and verify quantities using measurement sheets, WBS, or other tracking methods.
- Maintain accurate financial records related to materials, labor, and overheads.
- Coordinate with PMC’s Billing Engineer to validate payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Maintain a central repository for all project-related documents
- Organize and classify documents with proper version control.
- Index and tag documents for easy access by project stakeholders.
- Log, track, and verify all incoming and outgoing project documents
Other Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in both civil and MEPF project documentation and billing.
- Proficient in document control systems and financial tracking for construction projects.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
