Responsibilities
- Job allocation to technicians and monitoring of work.
- Ensure occupational safety at work area
- Ensure quality and quantity of the product
- Ensure 100% usage of resources available
- Proper Maintenance of reports and stock handling
- Ensure availability and readiness of workshop equipment's / hand tools
- Effective utilization of manpower and other resources to maximize bay productivity
- Monitor and evaluate technician efficiency and productivity
- Monitor Repeat complaints and take counter measures
Other Requirements
Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, or related engineering fields.
