HTIC Global is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Specialist to manage and maintain documentation related to Export and Import shipments.

Responsible for the collection, organization, and uploading of Export & Import shipment-related documents into the designated system or folders.
Primary Responsibility:
Collect shipment-related documents for both purchase and sales orders.
Upload documents into the system and ensure they are properly associated with the respective orders.
Ensure all relevant documents are systematically organized and stored in the designated system or folders.
Maintain and update customer KYC (Know Your Customer) details, vendor approval documents, and certifications.
Secondary Responsibility:
Regularly review and verify the completeness and accuracy of documents to ensure compliance.
Assist in troubleshooting document-related issues as they arise.
Provide support for any ad-hoc tasks related to document management and organization.
Qualifications
Graduation not mandatory; candidates with relevant experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and document management tools.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
1 – 2 years of experience in document management, data entry, or back-office operations (preferably in logistics, export/import, or consulting domains).
