Responsibilities

* Lead the design, engineering, and analysis of HVAC systems for various airport facilities, including terminals, hangars, air traffic control towers, and other support buildings.

* Perform detailed HVAC load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection.

* Develop and review HVAC system P&IDs, schematics, and drawings.

* Prepare technical specifications, data sheets, and procurement documents for HVAC equipment.

* Conduct site surveys, inspections, and field reviews to ensure compliance with design intent.

* Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems.

* Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.

* Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction or operation.

* Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations, including ASHRAE, NFPA, and local building codes.

* Prepare and maintain project documentation, including design calculations, reports, and as-built drawings.

* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

* Stay abreast of the latest advancements in HVAC technologies and industry best practices.
