Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers and subcontractors on-site.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor work progress and quality control.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects.
• Maintain daily reports, site records, and logbooks.
• Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment.
• Solve issues that may arise on-site regarding manpower, equipment, or materials.
• Ensure site cleanliness and proper disposal of construction waste.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on progress.

Other Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Vocational or technical training in construction may also be accepted.
• Smooth coordination with vendors and subcontractors for executing the approved plans.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD strong communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, project management tools).
