Responsibilities
- Handle policy setup, claims intake & client coordination via email/chat/call
- Support team with quality audits, training, and coaching
- Assist in resolving complex claim issues
- Provide on-the-job training for new hires
- Maintain documentation and support escalations
Other Requirements
✔️ 6 months to 1 year of experience in insurance back-office processes (claims preferred)
✔️ Graduate/Postgraduate (Commerce preferred)
🚫 B.Tech candidates are not eligible
✔️ Strong communication & analytical skills
✔️ Willingness to work night shifts from office in Kochi
✔️ Typing speed: 35+ WPM (90% accuracy preferred)

- Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month
