Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process for construction materials and services in line with project requirements

• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers

• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective purchasing

• Monitor material availability and ensure timely delivery to project sites

• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and budgets

• Handle contract documentation and compliance with legal and company standards

• Implement cost control strategies and identify opportunities for cost savings

• Use ERP or procurement software to manage the procurement cycle efficiently

• Conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations

Other Requirements

✅ B.Tech  (Civil) with 7+ years in procurement
✅ Strong knowledge of vendor management, cost control & contract handling
✅ ERP/procurement software proficiency is a plus
✅ Excellent negotiation & communication skills
✅ Experience in construction/infrastructure procurement preferred
