Responsibilities

• Human Resource Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.

• Recruitment & Placement: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Coordinate with colleges and external agencies for campus placements and lateral hiring.

• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment and handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

• Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies. Maintain and update employee handbook and HR policies as needed.

• HR Operations: Maintain employee records, manage HR software systems, and oversee payroll support and administrative tasks.

• Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

• Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and support department heads in employee evaluation and development planning.

• Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives to boost morale and retention.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–6 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with HRMS/HRIS and recruitment platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
