Responsibilities

NCD & Capital Market Functions:

• Strategize and lead the mobilization of funds through public and private placement of NCDs.
• Build and manage relationships with investors, wealth managers, HNIs, and institutional partners.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI and RBI guidelines related to NCD issuance and fund raising.
• Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings to design competitive instruments.
• Drive investor communications, product structuring, and periodic reporting.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams for documentation and regulatory filings.

Branch Network Leadership:

• Lead and drive the performance of the NBFC’s branch network across regions.
• Set business targets for disbursement, collections, and profitability, and ensure consistent branch-level achievement.
• Design and implement branch-level strategies for loan growth, customer acquisition, and risk control.
• Monitor branch operations, team efficiency, and customer service standards.
• Work closely with functional heads (credit, recovery, audit) to ensure overall business hygiene.
• Recruit, train, and mentor branch and regional leadership teams.

Other Requirements

• Candidates worked with NBFC/Bank/Nidhi/Chits experience is only preferred
• Performance incentives and allowances

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Financial product sales: 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
