Responsibilities

📍Planning, creating and managing social media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
📍 Implementing effective campaigning strategies best suited for the goals of the business.
📍Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on performance KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA)
📍Build audience segments, create retargeting flows, and manage funnel-based ads
📍Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, Conversion APIs, and ensure accurate tracking
📍Prepare and share detailed performance reports with key insights

Other Requirements

✅Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign management
✅Must know how to run and implement campaigns using social media ads
✅Strong understanding of audience targeting, bid strategies, and budget optimization
✅Facebook Blueprint Certification or similar credentials will be add on advantage
✅Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
