Responsibilities

● Design visually appealing social media graphics (posts, banners, ads, stories, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. 

● Create and edit engaging videos for social media, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials. 

● Develop creative assets for advertisements, social media campaigns, and website content. 

● Ensure consistency in brand identity across all designs. 

● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative visual content. 

● Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and social media algorithms. 

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Other Requirements

● 1+ year of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in a digital marketing or social media role. 

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.). 

● Experience in motion graphics and animation is a plus. 

● Strong understanding of social media trends, aspect ratios, and best practices. 

● Ability to take creative direction and work independently. 

● A strong portfolio showcasing social media designs and video editing projects.

Good to have

● Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects or other design tools. 

● Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles. 

● Experience with short-form content like Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts. 

● Knowledge of color theory, typography, and composition.
