Responsibilities

*Handle inbound sales inquiries from potential customers and respond promptly with accurate information.
*Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities and close sales for IT services.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through follow-up calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
*Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT service solutions.
*Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
*Work closely with the delivery and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
*Engage in outbound prospecting to generate additional leads and sales opportunities. (Optional but preferred)

Other Requirements

*2–4 years of proven experience in inbound sales and lead conversion within the IT services domain.
*Strong understanding of IT services, digital solutions, or software development offerings.
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
*Experience using CRM tools and sales productivity software.
*Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
*Outbound sales experience will be an added advantage.
*Joining time - within 1 month
