Responsibilities
Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion for large-scale building projects.
- Collaborate with clients, developers, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Provide design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve design-related issues during construction.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff within the team.
- Present project proposals and design concepts to clients and management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative building technologies.
