Responsibilities

•  Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT and non-IT roles.
•  Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social networks, and headhunting.
•  Apply Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing methods to find the right talent.
•  Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
•  Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication.
•  Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
•  Follow up with candidates till onboarding.

Other Requirements

•  1–2 years of experience in IT and non-IT recruitment (end-to-end).
•  Strong experience using Naukri & LinkedIn for sourcing.
•  Good understanding of headhunting, Boolean search, and market mapping.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
