Responsibilities

 1. Mivan Shuttering & Structural Execution

• Oversee Mivan shuttering works for walls, slabs, beams, columns, staircases, and shear walls
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and surface finish
• Supervise shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting activities

2. Planning & Coordination

• Plan daily and weekly site activities as per project schedule
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams
• Liaise with Project Manager, QA/QC, safety, and procurement teams

3. Quality & Safety Control

• Conduct quality inspections of formwork, reinforcement, and concrete works
• Ensure adherence to safety norms, site safety practices, and statutory requirements
• Implement corrective actions for quality or safety deviations

4. Team Management & Reporting

• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams
• Prepare and review daily progress reports and site documentation
• Identify execution risks and report issues for timely resolution

5. Resource & Cost Management

• Optimize use of materials, manpower, and equipment
• Support material reconciliation and productivity improvement

• Strong expertise in Mivan shuttering/formwork systems
• Sound knowledge of RCC works and concrete technology
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BBS
• Leadership skills with experience managing large site teams
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and QA/QC practices

Qualification

• B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Relevant certifications in formwork, safety, or project execution will be an added advantage
