Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging 1-2 years of prior experience.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely and accurate information.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
2. Front Office Operations:
Manage front office operations, including handling incoming calls, emails, and walk-in clients.
Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.
Coordinate and schedule client meetings and appointments.
3. Mutual Fund Knowledge:
Possess a deep understanding of mutual funds and other investment products.
Provide clients with information and guidance on mutual fund options, leveraging 1-2 years of experience.
Stay updated on market trends and investment strategies.
4. Communication Skills:
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Conduct client presentations and effectively communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and forms.
5. Professionalism:
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
Uphold company values and adhere to compliance standards and regulations.
