Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive placement strategy that aligns with the institution's goals and industry trends.
• Build and nurture relationships with a diverse range of corporate partners, including SAP ecosystem companies, to facilitate internship and job opportunities for students.
• Monitor placement performance metrics and analyse data to refine strategies for optimizing placement rates and student outcomes.
• Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and seminars to stay updated with the latest trends and opportunities in the SAP ecosystem.
• Provide career coaching and counselling to students and alumni, including resume and cover letter review, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of student and alumni employment outcomes.
• Collaborate with trainers to integrate career readiness into the curriculum and classroom experience.
• Manage the job board and online resources for job search. 

Other Requirements

• Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce or Management.
• Minimum 2 Years Experience
• Good communicating skills in English & Malayalam.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Basic computer skills.
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Except Second Saturday)
