Responsibilities

This position is responsible for leading architectural efforts, overseeing the design and planning of new projects from inception to completion. The Lead Architect will ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and functional designs while incorporating global inspirations gained through international travel into our developments. By utilizing construction briefs to identify Owner needs, this role will craft feasibility reports and design proposals that exceed expectations.

Proficiency in Design Documentation:

• Prepare, refine, and edit drawings and models pertinent to the project.

Software Proficiency:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, utilizing these tools to enhance project development.

Organizational Skills:

• Take initiative in response to direction from the Owner, driving project success.

Interpersonal Communication:
