Responsibilities

Handling direct and channel renewals for SaaS business Lead a team of 10+ members to plan, assign and achieve renewal targets Identifying problem areas and coming with relevant solutions to make sure team completes the targets without hurdles Analyze data and come up with initiatives to improve Renewals Skill Sets: Responsible for end customer product adoption, product renewals and be the first POC for all escalations.

Other Requirements

Should be excellent in developing expertise on product/brands of the company & should be able to train the team and customers on the same ensuring quality parameters are met Multi stakeholder management to make sure the SOP for the renewals team is standardized and automated Team Player attitude Coordinate with channel team colleagues like an absolute team player for improving renewals business Ensuring timely reporting of progress, plans to achieve pending targets and CRM adoption Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills Analytical skills to handle complex situations Taking the full responsibility for decisions and repercussions Amazing sense of urgency & attitude of getting things done when no one is watching Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced growing start-up environment Should be an excellent people manager and handy with MS tools Prior Experience of dealing with IT, B2B Software products will be an advantage Qualifications: Graduate/ Post-Graduate / MB
