Responsibilities

• Manage Onboarding and Exit process of Employees
• Assisting in Recruitment activities
• Drafting letters for Management and Staffs.
• Attending Inbound calls, Mail Shooting, Coordinate with Head of Department for HR Related activities.
• Schedule Interview for new candidates through Google meet.
• Prepare MIS and Employee data base.
• Attendance Monitoring , Induction Program conducting , Coordinate for Training and Development sessions.
• Participate on Employee Engagement Activities.

Other Requirements

• Must have Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power point.
• Need Good Team Management & Communication Skill .
