This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Customer Acquisition Manager at Mobileware Technologies in Mumbai. The Manager (Sales/Customer Acquisition) is to be an experienced business development and sales professional, to lead new customers acquisition initiatives, and will be responsible for supporting the customer acquisition journey, working on customer outreach initiatives, and accelerating the new revenue pipeline. The individual will have the finesse, customer engagement skills, and a demonstrated track record in executing strategic customer acquisition plans to meet budgeted financial performance.
The role aims to accelerate business growth and increasing new revenues, identifying and developing new business opportunities, exploring market potential, aligning products to marketplace requisites, and meeting the changing needs of stakeholders; and focuses on expanding the visibility of the company and its brands. This will be accomplished by understanding the customer journey, from generating leads, to prospecting, proposing, and guiding clients on to right options, for a successful customer acquisition; followed by analysing key performance indicators.
